Worn king pins show up as wandering steering, uneven tyre wear on the front axle and play at the top of the wheel when it is jacked. This kit covers both sides, which is how they should always be done.
Bushes need reaming after pressing, so this is a job for a workshop with the right tooling rather than a roadside repair. Get the front end aligned afterwards or you will lose a set of tyres proving the point.
