Fuel Water Separator Element (Racor Type)

Water in diesel is the single most expensive thing that can happen to a common rail injection system. A set of injectors and a pump costs many times a year of filter elements, which makes this the cheapest insurance on the vehicle.

Drain the bowl weekly and change the element on schedule, not when the warning light appears. Use 30 micron as a primary before the lift pump and 10 micron as a secondary. Fleet cartons and standing orders available.
